Im giving a star to the neighborhood center that is located in Mary st Utica ny, to leave my review and hopefully this gets to parents.As a parent, there are few things more heartbreaking than finding out your child was hurt by the very people you trusted to keep them safe. My daughter experienced abuse while in the care of this daycare, and what hurts just as much is that staff did nothing to protect her or properly respond. After an investigation, it was found that the staff member responsible had abused not only my child, but other children as well. That individual was found guilty and criminally charged. Knowing this could have been prevented — and that warning signs were ignored — is something our family will never forget. I sent my child there believing she would be cared for, comforted, and supervised. Instead, she came home hurt, scared, and changed. No parent should ever have to question whether their child is safe at daycare. The lack of accountability, urgency, and compassion from the staff was devastating to our family. Children deserve protection, attention, and kindness — especially when they are too young to fully speak up for themselves. I would strongly encourage

Neighborhood center Inc....is supposed to be helping Family's. In Emergency situations that Involves Relocating or Relocation Services Victims Voucher Grant Money's Replacement Help Assistance with the Grant's Duplication that' was Taken from US.......$16,800 👀.. . . They we're Informed and Decided to Determine that Disabled Victims of Domestic violence on Government Assistance didn't receive the Grant Money..... However they Declined to Assist in Getting the family Money Grant Back.. thanks for Nothing 👌

Been calling for over a week. Got 1 return call while having a dental procedure and couldnt answer. Called 3 times on that same day and never get a return call. Made 4 more calls in 2 days, expressed its importance and no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love the Neighborhood Center. They teach our babies a lot! the staff are so friendly, supportive, accommodating, and kind. I went to the neighborhood center when i was a baby myself. We love Ms. Karen, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Shannon, Ms. Dianne, And Ms. Donna. Also Jennifer and Barb the ladies in the front office are very helpful as well!!

Worst place for anything at all. They don't take your care into consideration at all or what you actually need and are only in it for the paycheck which figures given they are the go to place from the hospital. Jesse one of the psychiatrist will just say why dont you just stay as a in patient at the pysch ward for something that is just depression or anxiety as if it was schizophrenic or delusional. They randomly will change your appointments and wont even tell you and will not contact your doctors to tell them all the stuff going on and work with them either. Also not to mention therapist changed several times randomly and the therapist and psychiatrist dont even have contact with each other. Its no wonder i changed to clinic on noyes street. They do everything opposite I have written here.

I have had my son enrolled at the neighborhood center since he was 9 months old. He is now 7. I trust the center to keep my son safe and Myself informed of any other needs he may need. Im very happy with the services they provide. I would recommend them , and have recommended them .

This orginazation has helped me tremendously through many of my difficult times in my life and has saved my life on more than 1 occasion! I'm truly blessed to have The Neighborhood Center as a main support system, all there staff are outstanding with what they do trying hard to help those in need of any services within the community! Hats off to all of the staff at The Neighborhood Center for everything you have done for me and continue to do for me and any individual within our community! I can't thank you all enough!!!
